Recurring billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in US dollars each month or year, as selected at checkout, and renew automatically until canceled. Any applicable tax is shown before payment.
You can cancel in Billing at any time. Your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period, and the subscription will not renew after that period.
14-day refund window
You may request a full refund of a subscription charge within 14 calendar days of that charge. This includes initial payments, renewals, and prorated charges for plan upgrades. You do not need to give a reason.
After 14 days, we generally do not refund unused time in a billing period. We will still provide any refund required by applicable law or due to a billing error or service issue. Paid access associated with a refunded charge may end when the refund is issued.
Requesting a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your CandleScript.io account. Include the date of the charge and, if available, its receipt or invoice number. Never send payment-card details by email.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on the payment provider.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to, and does not limit, any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights that apply where you live. If local law provides stronger rights, those rights take precedence.
